SHIPPING 

The items you purchase from DRUM Sportswear will be shipped to you directly from our warehouse. 

A tracking number will be provided for all items purchased. If you have any questions or concerns about your package, please email us at info@drumsportswear.com. We will respond to your message within one business day (at the most).

 

International Shipping

We appreciate your interest in purchasing from DRUM Sportswear! At this time, DRUM Sportswear only ships to US-based addresses due to the highly fragile nature of so many of our items. We hope to offer shipping outside of the country for some of our products in the future.

 

RETURNS

It is in your best interest to contact us as soon as possible regarding returns or exchanges. Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days from the customer's receipt of the item (based on tracking information). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be carefully repacked in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including perishable and customized goods.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You received an emailed receipt from DRUM Sportswear immediately after purchase.

 

How to Return Your Item

To return your product, please email us at returns@drumsportswear.com. Be sure to include the name of the person who placed the order and the email address tied to the order. We will provide you with approval to ship the product back us. 

DO NOT mark a box “Return to Sender." Your returned item will not be accepted in that manner.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please be sure to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within five business days of our return approval email, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted in their system or may be delayed by a holiday or weekend. If you still have not received your refund after checking with your credit card company, please contact us at info@drumsportswear.com and provide us with the order number of the item that you returned.

 

Clearance/Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately clearance and marked down items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at info@drumsportswear.com. Once you have received confirmation from us to return the item for exchange, send your item to: DRUM Sportwear, 152 Cambridge Rd, Asheville, NC, 28804, United States.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will work on the return for you.
